I was wanting to know if when you get a pap smear or had your cervix checked if you felt extremely uncomfortable, tensed up, cringed, held your breath, anything? Or if pap smears & what not were easy for you to handle. I want to do it natural but do all of the above when I get a pap smear, it's just cold & uncomfortable. I know labor is nothing compared to that but I'm just curious.
