Pretty sure I am about to miscarry. Had very light brown discharge for two days and it has now turned pink. It's only when I wipe so far, but I am cramping too and feel just like I am on my period. Only 4 weeks 2 days. Headed to the doctor this morning, but I am pretty sure there is nothing they can do. Feeling so fucking bummed right now.
