Irritated 😠😠😠 religous question?

I have a sister that says shes religous and goes to church every sunday so heres my problem and question. I understand that if you ask for forgiveness then you will recieve it but does it count if you go out every saturday and get dog drunk and sleep around on your husband and think its ok because you plan on going to church on sunday to ask for forgiveness?!?!?!?!
