Am I alone?

Hey ladies, I'm about 4 weeks postpartum and everything is going fantastic! Except for these excruciating "chest and back attacks" It started 2 days ago, and I remember this happening with my first son, and I had to carry around aspirin wherever I went for weeks! But this time around, I can't take aspirin as my new son is exclusively breastfed. The pain is unreal, I scream and cry and it's just the worst pain in my chest, where my ribs meet my stomach, and I can't lay, sit, stand and I throw up from it. The only way I can get relief is to take ibuprofen...but I don't want to take it every night :/ It only happens at night, I'm totally fine throughout the day, but last night it lasted from 9:30pm to almost 3am. Has anyone else experienced this? The hospital didn't seem too concerned. Ugh
