Induced at 39 and 1, had gestational hypertension

Induced at 39 and 1, had gestational hypertension. Went to 39 wk check up and was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. BP spiked and was sent upstairs to triage and they told me I was delivering. They gave me some medicine to soften my cervix, which dilated me more. They gave me a shot of pitocin, and broke my water around 8-9pm. At 12:41 Tristan made his appearance; perfectly healthy and without an epidural. So so blessed. My husband is my rock and was there for every second of it. So happy and beyond blessed 💙💙💙💙👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼
