I'm broken

So I've been off of birth control for a year, I was on it from 18-24. Since coming off it I haven't had a period. The only way I've had a period is with provera which I've taken twice now. If I don't get a period this month I have to take it a third time and go back to the doctors in November for more of a look. I just have a feeling something is wrong and I'm frustrated my doctors don't seem to really be worried. Has anyone else been through this or something similar? Id love to hear some feedback!
