when to bring it up??

So as you may guess I had my little girl December of last year. When I was still with her father we planned out exactly when we wanted to start trying again in order to fit in the amount of kids I want (which would be within the next 6 months), but we are no longer together and I'm with someone else now. How do I bring up that I want another kid soon when we only recently started seeing each other? I know I'm young, but I want a big family and all the women in my family go through menopause pretty early, so I don't want to wait too long and miss my chance! Also probably another lame thing to say, but I can picture this man being the one I'm with(: hes 10x better than the one I was with, but I was with him for so long I didn't notice there were better.
