Too much sex??

This might sound a stupid question but.....my ovulation is all over the place and am trying my best to track it but is it possible to have too much sex? At the moment I'm having sex every night (apart from period days) just so I don't miss my chance but could this be a bad thing? Been ttc for a long time now and I'm trying everything to maximise my chances.
