When does ur period start after having a c section?

I been having unprotected sex just had my son a month ago, docs cleared me the ok to have sex, I got a birth control shot but it a week to start working. Was having sex before my shot tho.. but the real question is...i stopped my bleeding a week or two ago from after i had my son but when is it suppose to come my Af bc I been having cramps like ima start but i haven't started yet and I been having like sticky brown/red clots but that's it not actual bleeding ha any advice guys??
