Bella baby photography?

My hospital uses Bella baby and they do a shoot for everyone and then you decide if you want to buy or not but anyway. For those who have used Bella baby, do they provide outfits/props or do they photography with what you have on the baby?

It's a really short shoot, 10-15mins. They give you recommendations on what to put baby in or props to have, my hospital room had a basket in it that we used in the photos, but other than that my husband and I just went along with it. We actually ended up loving them, but I've heard very different reviews from other people too. This is one of our Bella Baby pics from when our son was born almost 3 years ago...

When i had my 3 yr old they took some really half ass photos in the outfit i happened to have. Then charged me a lot and it took forever for me to get them. I probably wont use them again im gonna have my photographer aunt come and take them.

Definitely do your homework on pricing. Speak with independent pros in your area that you would consider hiring and ask about their packages.  Bella baby probably will charge a lot more (in terms of value for the price)  than an independent photographer will because it's so "convenient" and it's a corporation. I personally would not allow them to photograph my baby.  Don't forget you have the right to refuse no matter what they tell you.
