My OB is starting me on my first round of Letrozole. I have
PCOS
and endometriosis. Have had 1 chemical
pregnancy
. My last progesterone level was 4.8. Any success stories with this? How many rounds did it take you? Any horrible side effects? Twins?

Ovulation test. Just started my fertile window today according to glow. Top test was yesterday evening and bottom is today around 7pm. Does it look like its getting darker? Thanks!
