How do I get my baby of my bladder and pelvic bone

So I finally was able to hear my baby's heartbeat today. He likes to scare me the first few minutes of searching for him. He likes to hang around my bladder. I have a huge belly now at 14weeks 3 days. Plenty of room for him but no he likes to stay really low in there. After a few minutes search he was found thankfully. Now he is so low down my pelvic that I feel a little pain when I empty my bladder. Also I can't sneeze or cough without a little leakage. Like I seriously wear a pad everyday for the past two week.  I was changing undies up to 4 times a day. On top of that I've been bleeding when I wipe sometimes. Like I wonder now if he is in any danger☹😩 mentioned the spotting to doc and she said its to early still to know why I'm spotting and that after maybe 20 weeks they can search to see about the placenta.  Is a 157 heartbeat rate good for 14 weeks 3 days?
