I've deprived myself all week of all the comfort food I would normally have..I've been a bit hungry but have not felt the need to splurge at all. I stepped on the scales this morning and not even a pound has come off of me..I've exercised this week 4 times and had salads with a bit of chicken breast for lunches..healthy dinners such as salmon stir fry and hardly any snacks! I'm so disappointed to have literally lost nothing when I've worked so hard this week..normally if I were to start a diet I can lose like 4 pounds the first week..I'm just so disheartened right now and it's making me want to comfort eat
