Overeager MIL

So my MIL keeps sending me these texts about how she is out shopping for the baby's first Halloween costume for next year. Maybe I am just overly hormonal, but it is making me go into a blind rage. I already had to tell her to stop calling my baby "her baby," and then she starts with this shit.

She has a history of guilting my husband into doing whatever she wants to do, and apparently thinks she is going to have control over this situation too. And she's just dead wrong. Am I being unreasonable and hormonal? It gives me the worst anxiety and I see myself blowing up at her in the near future.
