best pads for after birth??

What do you recommend? I have never been a fan of pads, but obviously tampons won't be an option.
I have heard some people use adult diapers. Did you use pads with those?
What brand of diapers.
Any other must haves for post birth healing??

Not a pad fan either but gotta do what you gotta do. I stole the mesh undies and pads from the hospital. Keep in mind you will need thick pads for the first week or two, then regular for probably another week or two, then panty liners for a few weeks. I didn't think of this and had to get out and buy more thinner ones every couple of weeks so it's nice to have a stock

My best friend recommended adult diapers with gigantic pads for the first week or two. I think she said she liked the always brand undies, and she just used the pads they gave her at the hospital.

I used adult depends active diapers! They were amazing and no show panty line! Then I would also get extra long night time pads (don't peel the backing off) and put that inside of the diaper.

You may want to use regualr sized pads for at least a week after birth because of everything that comes out. Sometimes the thinner pads don't catch everything and you end up with a huge mess. After I had my second son, I used always infinity and you by Kotex (the colored ones) after the first week. Since they are thin I could hardly tell they were there. I like you, hate pads, but tampons are a no-no after delivery.

I was wondering the same exact thing. My sister just uses regular pads but I dislike pads just like you.
