I had this an started bleeding had blood drawn once then 48 hours later. And it dropped. I was having a miscarriage or a chemical as they call it. But I would test again and see what happens. And is it heavy bleeding or like spotting

No way. Wait a few weeks and ask for another blood draw. That's definitely positive. They probably said no because it's warly

I'd keep testing and if you keep getting positives then I'd ask for another blood test

You may have had a chemical. Have the docs test hcg level and then again in 48 hours and see if it's going up or down.
