So I've been in labor for over 40 hours and my contractions have started to subside. My cervix is soft and 1 cm dialated but the baby's head is lower than my cervix. My midwife gave me some Cotton Root Bark to help bring my contractions back. I'm just wondering if anyone has used this method to induce or increase contractions and how long did it take to start working and how often did you take it?
