What does it mean when you get pains in your ovaries and it constantly hurts throughout the day

Went to the er last night and I have a cyst on my ovarie I gotta follow up with an OBGYN doctor

Unless it's very very sharp and intense pain(which is bad) it's most likely ovulation. If your periods are regular, keep track when you ovulate and see if next month you experience this

Did you get the measurements for the cyst? If it is over 5 centimeters in diameter, you should continue to monitor it. That may also be the cause of the pain. However, if the cyst is little, it's likely nothing to worry about. I experienced something similar, and it turned out that left ovary had a large cyst on it. Luckily, these things can be treated. Unless you are experiencing ovarian torsion (unlikely), cysts are easy to treat. B-complex vitamins and selenium are supposed to support ovarian health too.
