That sucks, so sorry. That's why I wanted to be involved in planing mine so I could step in if needed! I would take control of the guest list since it's usually a time crunch. Hopefully they will get it together to do the rest. Maybe tell one of them to do games and decor and the other food so they don't have to communicate.

I am so ready to saw f$&k the shower. At this point my mil and best friend can't seem to communicate with each other. I am stuck in the middle there. At this point if they haven't gotten ahold of my bff my family isn't coming. Because they haven't gotten ahold of my mil. I don't know what to do. Is it in my place to play middle man between everyone? Do I reach out to family to see if they are coming? Advice please would be nice. Shower is to be next dunday
