Cold at almost 32 weeks

My fiances 7 month old cousin is currently sick and got my fiances grandma, who we live with, sick as well and I ended up catching whatever they have and I feel like it's a head cold, I'm not sure if there's any medicine I can take or if I just have to stick to hot soup and tea? Any advice?
