I follow and optimal ketogenic diet which is very good for your body. However, it isn't a "quick fix and go back to your original lifestyle" diet. It us a lifestyle you have to stick with for the rest of your life. I'm down 24 lbs and I lose about half a pound a week now.

Yes I did I lost 50 lbs in high school. And I felt great! But when I went to college it was all carbs and I gained it back +. I suggest a balanced diet. I am doing the 21 day fix for the first time and I have lost a ton and I am 2 weeks in one more to go and I and I have already lost 8

Yes I tried low carb diet last spring. I lost lots of weight during 3 months but I started to have severe carving for sweets and other food. Also I noticed that I became fatique really often. I stopped the diet when I started to lose my hair in bunches. Also breaking nail, pale skin tone. I returned to normal eating plan and very soon gained all the lost weight back. But instead my hair stopped falling and I now have shiny healthy hair,healthy skin tone and lots of energy. I started to go to gym while eating normally not watching carbs and calories. Though my weight doesnt go down 2 months after going to gym but I look more fit and healthy now. I think diets are not good for health and give just temporary effects.I've known this from personal experience✌️

Yes I lost 75lbs.... But I couldn't stop losing weight after I stoped the diet... Went down to 89lbs... Not a safe diet... Good diet for people who need to loose lots of weight...

My mom went on a protein dirt where you have very low to no carbs, it worked well for her but she suffers severe migranes and no carbs brings them on for her so she had to quit.

Yes. I did a low carb/ketogenic diet for 3 months and lost over 25lbs. It's very hard to stick to for the long run though..as soon as I started gradually introducing carbs back in to my diet the weight crept back.

No I eat tons and tons of carbs everyday I love it. I'm healthy too btw and I haven't gained any weight whatsoever
