I bf because it's healthy & the thought of formula recalls scares me so bad. Plus I love that it's like middle finger up to my family who were unsupportive of bf and we're actually successful! 😜

Crying it out.... I'm such a sucker for her though & it breaks my heart so I soothe her. But she's such a good baby she barely ever cries other than if she's hungry.

Early solids... I give LO cereal for her acid reflux. I watch her carefully & way less vomit so I'm happy.

Extended rear facing.. I dunno how I feel about it really, I know it's safer in case of an accident but i worry about her if my eyes can't be on her.

Spanking.. Yes, she will get spanked only AFTER other attempts of getting her to behave (talking, explaining to her, etc). Momma ain't raisin' no asshole.

& vaccines.. It breaks my heart to see her get them and I cry probably more than she does but I know it's best for her.

Wow I just realized I sound kinda nuts and obsessed with my baby but that's okay because she's super loved 😂❤️

Breastfeeding- do it if you want, if not, then don't

Cry it out- do it correctly, and if it seems to work. Don't force it because sometimes it just doesn't work with all babies

Extended rear facing- don't see the point.

Early solids- no give them solids when they are ready

Spaking- yes. Again, do it correctly. There's a difference in spanking and abuse. Very easy to spank correctly if you follow some guidelines

Vaccines- 100% yes. I'm not going to risk my baby's life on a horrid disease we could have prevented just because a bunch of Internet hippies told me they might be autistic. I'd rather my child be autistic then have some illness I could have prevented and then them die. I'd never forgive myself.

I'm pro all of that except extended rear facing, but then we didn't get a choice in that matter...

Spanking - we smack on the hand or butt if especially naughty, but never beat or spank hard.

Cry it out - we used a mixed form of this plus controlled crying & our son has slept through and in his own bed for a long time (he's 3.5)

BF - fine for those who want to do it. I can't so do t hassle me about it.

Cloth Diapering - fine for those who want to do it, but the environmental effects are just as bad as disposable diapers. Instead of diapers in a landfill you are depleting the earth's water cleaning them. The only true environmentally friendly option is elimination communication, and I'm NOT doing that. Disposable all the way.

Solid Foods - start it at 6 months, earlier if it works for your baby.

Spanking - nope, don't want to get arrested. Plus my daughter would think it is ok to hit, so we are working on other methods of discipline. If you do spark your child, don't post it on FB BTW

Cry It Out - I think a not so harsh version might be ok, where you walk in and soothe the baby without picking it up.

Extended rear facing - depends on the kid. I flipped my daughter right at 1 because the angle of the rear facing along with her sinus issues was making her choke. Will play it by ear with my second.

I'm going to try to breastfed exclusively.

Spanking (open hand and not hard enough to leave red marks passed a minutes) if all other forms of discipline has not worked and they are old enough to understand. (When I was spanked, I never did those things again. I never feared my parents because of it and I know it hasn't caused any kind of long term affects)

Cloth diapering

I feel as if it's boarder line negligence to not get your child vaccinated (both for your child and your communities sake, but that's my belief)

Crying it out before 8-10 months can actually psychologically damage your child. In their earliest months, they cry and rely that their caregiver will respond. If you don't, it teaches them that they can't rely. It is also how they seek comfort and know that it will be met. Seems fairly complex for a newborn, but studies have been done for years.

As for extended rear facing, I'm not sure yet.

Will spank if needed depending
No extended rear facing 
Solids at 5-6 months or whenever they start reaching for our food. 
Gonna try cloth diapers again cause it's cheaper. 
Duh to vaccination just got some shots today myself. 
Cry it out once they understand right from wrong probably around 11 mos
