I had unprotected sex

I'm 18 years old and I've been with my bf for 2 and a half years and we recently had unprotected sex it was Tuesday to be exact and as I looked at my eve calendar it said I had a 11% chance of getting pregnant which is my 3rd day of ovulation so I was wondering does the sperm stay inside you ? & if yes for how long ? Because today it says I'm at a 33% chance of getting pregnant so I was wondering can the sperm still be in there and will I have a chance of getting pregnant.
