Could u date/marry a complete momma's boy?

I just read the topic where a girls husband brought his mom with them on a honeymoon, it has me curious if any ladies could be with someone that extreme? 
My man is a momma's boy but he knows where to draw the line & I also realized to pick my battles on something's they do that drive me nuts.
