Upper abdominal pain

Anyone ever have upper abdominal pain during there 3rd trimester? My husband is trying to send me to hospital but I don't think that I need to go. It hurts when I go from laying position to sitting and standing and into standing for maybe 3 minutes. Idk why. But I don't want to go to hospital to get poked and proded with needles just to find out it's nothing. Im 30 weeks. Any suggestions?
