Best comebacks to comments about family size?

Question

So far (pregnant with #5) these are my favorite:
"You sure have your hands full" -Better full than empty OR Yes, full of blessings
"You have a lot of good helpers today"-They are wonderful every day
"Haven't you figured out what causes this yet?" Yes, and we like it! ;)
Still haven't figured out a good/kind comeback to the guy who stopped me to tell me I was crazy, rolled his eyes, and then just walked away. (I just chuckled and finished my shopping... Lol)

I always get the 'wow your hands are full are you sure you want more?'

And I come back with 'it's not my hands that are full! It's my heart!'

Are you done or having more?- we aren't sure what ever us and the Lord decide.

Your done right, I mean how are you going to pay for all their colleges? - seriously is that really any of your buisness? But don't worry we already have it figured out thanks.

To the "you know what causes that, right?" I have a few responses " hard work" " years of trying" or "why do you think I have so many?" All of which usually cause blushing and stumbling over words on the part of the questioning party.

I was actually just at a relatives funeral and a doctor friend of theirs came up to me(pregnant with #5) and said “ you know I’m a doctor, we have ways of ‘dealing’ with that, like tying your tubes?” I said “No, I don’t want my tubes tied. We wanted a big family, so we’re having a big family.” He chuckled uncomfortably and didn’t say anything after that. I hate the “dealing with that” I was like!? Dealing with what? My baby!? My uterus!? Gah. 🤦🏻‍♀️
I’ve also had the “oh you’re huge already! Sure it’s not twins!?” Every. Single. Pregnancy. I just say “yeah I dunno! I always show early and get a big belly really quickly!” 
And comments when I went to the store with em all. “Oh, wow, you’re busy!” I always say “It’s busy but it’s a GOOD busy!”
