I've been seeing someone for a couple of months

I've been seeing someone for about 2 months. We've had sex for 4 out of the last 5 days, but he never brings a condom. He knows that I'm not on the pill, so he never cums in me, but he seems to be be close to cumming SOOO many times. The weird thing is, he leaves every night, looking totally  satisfied, even though he hasn't cum. Is this normal? Every other guy that I've ever been with gets super-annoyed if I prevent him from cumming..
