Double stroller reviews

Looking to buy a double stroller that will work best for me. I will have a newborn and a 16 month old son. I want the car seat closest to me and my son to sit in the front seat bc he likes to kick his legs and look around. I am looking at the contours options lt tandem stroller - looks like it will cost under $400 w attachments I need. Anyone have it? Budget is $500 or less..
