Co-sleeper or Crib?

Question

My original plan was to have my daughter sleep in a co-sleeper right next to my bed. Now I'm kind of reconsidering putting her in her nursery in her crib. What do you think is easier? Just putting her in her crib and go from there? Or put her in the cosleeper then transition to the crib?

For the first few weeks/months a co sleeper is very handy. But the longer you leave them in there with you, the harder it gets to transition them to their crib later on.

Easier? The co-sleeper thing.

But I refuse to practice any type of co sleeping so she will be in a pack and play by herself away from any and all blankets, pillows, and such of that nature.

Naps in the crib in the daytime, sleep in the pack and play (husband works nights so when he's at work and she's my responsibility all night, at least she's a lot closer in the pack n play verses her room

It's gonna be hard stumbling to the crib several times a night half asleep, that's all I'm saying!

Cosleeper 100%. Babies wake up for the binki falling out, bottles, they kick their blankets off, wet diaper, all kinds of stuff you won't want to walk all the way to a different room for lol.

You could do either. I was going to get a cosleeper, but didn't want to waste the money, so we decided on a crib. However it is at the foot of our bed, so she will be close regardless. ☺️

Definitely wouldnt want my little one in another room .... my 5 all slept next to me.. i f they werent i would have never slept. And when you are tired its much easier to have them close by. Even if you have the crib in your room.

I did co-sleeper then transitioned my first.. Will do same with this one.. It was easier for me and got better rest as well .. Plus helped me learn my daughters routine and transition me from sleeping all night better as well.. This was better for me but its all about what and how you feel about it when time comes..

Co-sleeper for me... slowly transition them out.  It works out better for me
