I have never been able to swallow a pill in my life no matter how big or how small it is. I know I need to take some type of prenatal vitamin but I know they make gummy versions. Do you guys have any recommendations for which brand to take? I was thinking if the gummies aren't healthy enough I will just crush a normal prenatal vitamin into a drink or food? Any advice is appreciate.
