normal to pee when I sneeze?

Guys I'm encountering not being able to hold it when I sneeze, I feel like a child lol. Is it normal?

Omg. Sneezing, laughing, coughing... they all make me 'dribble' a little... 😳 I've started levels regularly and they seem to have helped a little so far.

Painty liners are your friend! My allergies have been horrible, and sneezing is defiantly a problem. I have a stash of liners hidden at work and I'll be adding an extra pair of underwear to my stash too 😁.

This happened to me all the time whenever I laughed, coughed or sneezed,, despite walking daily, swimming 1-2/week, weekend hikes of 12km+ and daily kegels WTF 😡 As soon as I added prenatal yoga to the above, it mercifully stopped. I still drink 3L of water daily so the only difference was yoga.
