Toxic app?

Question

Anyone else sometimes get a bit fed up with the toxic behaviour on this app? You disagree or have a differing opinion to a users and suddenly there's hostility and insults. 
Users like that give women a bad name. I just wish you could challenge or debate something on here without it getting nasty.

Users talk about being positive and supportive of one another but the second there's a differing opinion - the claws come out! Any of you ladies experienced this too? 😓

My experience of this recently was a user who made an entire post about being "kind and supportive" of other users on this app. But was agreeing with insults and leaving passive aggressive comments on any users posts that didn't completely support her.
I challenged this and kinda went "hey, you don't think you're being a bit hypocritical by preaching about being kind and supportive to then go onto be rude to users who disagree with you?" - I literally got attacked from that point onwards! Insults, being told to shut up, to stop playing the victim when I told them insults were unnecessary.
It was ridiculous, had to mute 3 ladies that were all ganging up and being nasty. There's a massive high school mentality on this app.

I wish you could challenge an opinion without there being insults and extreme rudeness.

Certain mentalities are also pretty toxic as well. That's my opinion.

I experience this...sort of. There are definitely situations where you shouldn't be judgemental, but at the same time, I occasionally see something on here that's homophobic or other harmful opinions and I have a zero tolerance policy for that kind of stuff.

If someone posts another "am I pregnant?" post people like....lose their shit over it. That's what bugs me. Some people don't genuinely know because they haven't been taught how to protect against that!! And their scared!! Why would they treat someone like that so awfully ?
