How far along are you? I'm 10 days from AF and I'm having that issue. Super hot and feels like I'm going to gag/puke all the time and I don't even know if I'm going to get a BFP.

Nothing worked for me until the 2nd trimester when that horrible symptom went away. Certain things seemed to ease things a little, like eating sour candies and lemons, chewing mint gum, and other really temporary distractions. I'm so sorry that it's keeping you awake! That's awful. 😩 When all else failed and I was fed up, I would sometimes just take a nap or call it a day and sleep.  I can't imagine how frustrated you must be. I hope it gets better for you!!
