I would definitely call the doc! They can test to see if it's fluid. Could also just be pee!

You could be leaking I would call your doctor and head to the er immediately! This happened when I was 20 weeks. I lost my son wish I would have gone sooner :/ please don't wait

Maybe amniotic fluid. I leaked just like that right before giving birth only difference was I was 38 wks already. Keep us updated. Good luck

Looks like u might be leaking fluid. If ur water was to break, it would be like that,  but a lot more. 
Call ur ob. 
I told my ob I had experienced something similar. She told me to go directly the hospital  to Labor and delivery - triage area. 
When u go to the ER, u end up sitting in the waiting room for hours. If u go to Labor and delivery - triage area, u get seen asap.- within 10 minutes.  
I went in and they saw me immediately. I was in a bed , within minutes I had nurses checking everything.making sure blue and girl are ok.
And because I only go to MY HOSPITAL, the one that I already registered at and the one that MY OBGYN AND HER TEAM delivers at, when I give my name at Labor and delivery -triage,  they already have all my info along with my obgyn info. They ask if my obgyn knows I'm here. . If she doesn't,  they call her private number and let her know.
