Pack' N play or Bassinet?

I have a crib for my little one, but I want her to sleep in our room for the first months.. what do you ladies recommend? A bassinet or a pack n play? Can you post pictures, where you bought it & for how much. Thank you!

Pack n play for sure. You can travel with it and keep on using it once they outgrow the bassinet function :)

We have a foldable co-sleeper that goes in our bed. We had one with #1, and am very happy to use one with this baby.

I love the pack & play then when they are older they can use it for later as well.

I have a bassinet in the bedroom and a crib in the living room... but I got both for free; otherwise I would've gotten a pack n play

This is what we got. Like others have said, once baby outgrows bassinet, you can't use it anymore. The sleeper/changer in this does have a weight limit, but it can be removed once baby is too big.

There was another one that you could take the napper out and it would sit independently on its own. But it was like double the price, so went with this one.

If you have the space for a pack and play I would get one of those as a lot of them now have a bassinet that goes on it also.

We have a bassinet upstairs in our bedroom & we have a pack 'n play downstairs.
