Hey ladies! Sorry if this is TMI but I'm suffering with really bad gas at the moment. It's getting to the point it's really painful I got hardly any sleep last night as the pain was so harsh it kept waking me up 😩 I'm not sure if it's a combination of being constipated/hormones/body doing funky shizz. Anyone else having the same problem? Any advice on how to relieve it? I can't go another night like that I'm shattered today 😔
