Should I tell them?

I am currently looking for a job and I am 21 weeks pregnant. If I get called for an interview should I let them know that I'm pregnant or should I wait until I get the job?

Wait till you get the job.  If you tell them now, then you put them in an awkward position where, if they don't hire you because there is someone better, they could be sued.  Also, once you disclose that information, you have informed rhem that you will only be working for a few months, which means that they now know that hiring you would be costly.  All for women's rights and this sucks but be smart and say nothing.

Don't say anything. I was 4 months when I started my new job. I wasn't showing yet. I'm now 7 months and one day my manager came and asked. I told her yes. She asked why I didn't tell her st the interview and simply put I said I know it's against the law to discriminate against pregnant women , but it's hard to prove that was the reason I was discrimatrd against. DNT SAY ANYTHING

Update to comment. Went for the interview this morning and told them after the interrogation part I'm 6 months and a few hours later they called me back sayin I got the position. So for me, honesty worked. 😊 I hope all works out for you!

I would wait to get your first impression of the employer first. 
Telling them off the bat makes them feel like you're an honest person and won't be leaving them with surprises. 
If you get a bad vibe wait to tell them.

I was faced with that yesterday. I have an interview tomorrow, and if they ask, I will tell them. Legally, they can't ask and can't discriminate because of it, but it's so hard to prove discrimination in court. My husband works with HR and typically, they go with the most qualified with the least amount of risk. It's horrible and tough, but I wish you the best of luck.
