Ok so I need advice from someone....I'm 6 weeks as of today I got a call from my nurse telling me my Hcg levels have dropped by 141 and they should have doubled.  She said said that's not good and if I start bleeding I'm more than likely miscarrying.  I've been feeling great and no cramping no spotting of any kind.  Only symptoms I have is just being tired morning and at night and my nipples hurting.  Should I be worried?! After my phone call I bawled! I've had a miscarriage my first pregnancy and it was the worst thing I've ever gone through.  Advice anyone?
