For the last two nights I've had crazy cramping and back pain (some close together some spaced out) but it's always gone by morning. All day today my lower back has been aching really bad. Should I call my doctor? At my last appointment I did a NST and I was having contractions but they weren't consistent and I was 1cm dilated.
