My baby is ebf and had greenish poop once. My pedi said she had too much foremilk and not enough hind milk. Aka too much sugary milk not enough of the fatty milk. That is what made it greenish

Yes three times when she was only feeding for short periods and falling asleep and was only getting the foremilk. Dr was not concerned as it always goes back to normal when she feeds longer.

We where unable to breastfeed, but I read that green poop is because of iron in your diet or formula.
