reflux flare up after shots?

Has anyone with reflux issues experienced a flare up after vaccines? If so, how long did it last? My lo just got his 2 month shots 2 days ago and his reflux has been pretty bad since. Just curious if the shots may be the cause since he had been doing so well before that.

Mine had his shots on monday and i feel like his reflux may have increased a bit. He had a little before but now it seens like every feed his milk cones up. I have just gave him his first feed on anti reflux milk and he took 1 hour to drink 2.5oz from 5oz bottle. :( i think its too thick and the poor guy is falling asleep at the bottle. His appetite has seemed low too. :(
