I had my baby 13 days ago and my SO keeps telling me I need to call my OB to have my check up but I'm terrified. I had a vaginal delivery and several stitches I'm still healing from some days I can barely walk from how uncomfortable/painful they are but I'm so scared to go to the dr. What do they do at PP check ups? do they look down there? I'm scared to even open my legs some days 😥
