Anyone else familiar with labial adhesion?
Also sometimes known as a "fused vagina".
When I was I think in 7th grade & a subscriber to seventeen magazine, they had an article with diagrams, I think of how to put a tampon in? Anyways, it mentioned using a mirror & that got me curious. So I was checking myself out down there while comparing my crotch to the diagram's and something just looked, different? TMI: my actual vagina hole looked smaller, especially the back of it AKA opposite the clit.
So I of course asked my mom, who infrormed me my own labial adhesion. Apparently a month or so after I was born('96), my vagina & labia started to fuse together AKA close up. My pediatrician used her fingers to pry it apart/open, and according to my mom, it looked very painful & I screamed horrendously.
So now at 20, me & my vagina are gucci, but I am more prone to UTIs than most women & I HAVE to be super wet to have sex.
So my question to all of you is, do any of you know of the same thing happening to you, & if so how does it effect you today? OR are you the parent of a child who also had the same issue & how did their Dr treat them/have you noticed anything unusual?
