after I pee i have pressure on my bladder..

I'm 12 weeks and this just started probably two weeks ago, I go pee and right after going I feel like I still have to go. I asked my doctor but she said if it gets worse or starts to burn when I pee to come back.. but it only last for a little then it goes away until I pee again ..
