Why so wet?

So, there's a new guy. We were messing around, and while I was giving him a hand job, he precame. Totally normal. But then it didn't stop... I had thought he was finishing, but nope. He was completely unphased, still hard, no reaction. Yet there was enough where I started to cup my hand over the head and aimed it away from the lady parts. So my question is, is it a possibility that some men just have an unusual amount of pre ejaculation? It really threw me off, still not sure what to think of it.
