Can I eat sea food?

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I'm craving a shrimp cocktail so bad any one know if it's ok to eat a large cup lol ?

Yes. Fully cooked.
Crab legs (12 oz a week)
Shrimp (not sure how many but I'd stick to the 12 oz week rule untill you talk to your doc) 
Tuna (12 oz a week for light, and 8 oz a week for white) 
Most fish. (Ie, haddock, tilapia and some others ((again not 100 percent sure which ones)
Stay away from sushi! (The raw ones of course) 
Sword fish, shark and anything high in Mercury. 
These come from my nutritionist who gave me a sheet in which was okay and which wasn't. Going by memory. Ask your doc, they may have a sheet to help you.

Shrimp doesn't have a lot of mercury in it. As long as it's fully cooked, shrimp is totally fine! :)

Shrimp is actually a good choice. Really low in Mercury and fat, high in protein. Go for it!

It depends on the seafood only fish you have to watch out for everything else like crab shrimp and lobster is ok
