overreacting 🙄

so me and my boyfriend had a name we had picked out for our little boy and we told everyone and up until today i've been even referring to him as that said name however my boyfriend has found a name that he likes more and i actually do too and so i told my mom and she got super pissed and said "what i've been calling him that for forever and i've told everyone" and i'm like okay yea so did i but mark (my boyfriend) likes this name better and so she asks what the new name is and i said we're still thinking about it it's not 100% yet and frankly the other one wasn't either and she just completely ignores it and says i'm tired i'm going to bed. like it's not your child, you can't be mad if i decide to change the name, he isn't even born yet. we're allowed to do that. sorry for the rant i'm just irritated that she would overreact like that 😒😒😒
