How do you stay calm while you wait for a BFP?

​Offer tips to stay calm while you wait for a BFP. I ovulated 04/20 and did everything "right" to maximize conception, even if I used the first response early pregnancy test I still can't test until 04/27 and AF is due 05/03. Anxiety is getting the best of me, I just want a positive test now! Help help!!! What are you guys doing to stay sane while you're TTC?

All I do is stress, but I try to keep myself busy. Clean, watch shows, stY out of the house so I'm not tempted to take a test!

Try to be more patient. Getting pregnant is also letting things go her way.... Waiting until a soul want to stay with us. Children appears when THEY want. The whole thing is to calm down and to grasp that you are supposed to let things happen. You can't force it (besides doing BD) - I know it's realy hard, but stressing yourself out could minimize your chances of getting pregnant.... I do my work, enjoy my DH and do all the things I like to do wich will be limited when a baby is here or on its way: reading books, just sitting in the sun and doing nothing, having a glas of wine sometimes, listen concerts, go to museum, go swimming, have some massage, I do all things that I am happy and healty.
