im 6 weeks and lately I really want a subway sandwich but I'm scared it's not safe to eat any opinions / experiences ?

I asked my doctor about the whole lunch meat thing & he said no one should be eating lunch meat lol he told me I can have it if I want it.

Have it heated until theres smoke coming out from it lol, basically it has to actually be toasted not just put in the toaster oven for 5 secs.

At least 20-40 secs, it has to look cooked not just feel kinda warm.

Just get it toasted. I'm pregnant now and when I was taking college classes, ate subway often as I felt it was a better choice than places like Wendy's or Chik-fil-a on campus.
