tight vagina problems

Guys I need some advice, my vagina is always so tight and I must've had sex over 100 times in like two year so I'm not like having massive gaps between each time? It hurts and I bleed 99% of the time, it's getting ridiculous and usually it means I can't cum and it's just embarrassing to be quite frank ahaha what do I do? I've been told it's because I'm so skinny but I don't see how that can affect inside? Idk but I'm confused 😞
